Profession of Faith & Baptism
A person desires membership by professing faith in Jesus Christ as Lord, and he/she is baptized by immersion (going under water). Baptism is not required for salvation but a necessary, symbolic action indicating new life of obedience to God.
Transfer of Letter
A person desires to transfer a letter of membership from another Baptist congregation.
Statement
A person wishes to join FBC from another denomination or if his/her previous church membership records have been lost. Also, a person can request membership by statement that he/she has made a profession of faith and has been participated in believer's baptism by immersion if coming from another denomination.
